Lara is amazing! She really has a conscious and loving way to interact with the people she is mentoring. For me personally, my fave thing about Lara is that whenever she gives you any feedback or “criticism” to say so I can improve on my calls, she frames it in such a way that it doesn’t get me down, I don’t feel judged and I want to implement new things because I feel like I am good and I wanna be better, vs some “feedback” that just leaves you feeling like you suck. Also, she is very knowledgeable in the foundations of sales and performing as a sales professional because she sees the “sales rep” as a holistic being! Being happy is the number one focus to be able to perform. Did you eat? Drink? How do you feel? Are you calm? Are YOU TAKEN CARE OF! Which is a philosophy do few people in the industry even notice let lone practice! All in all suggest her as a mentor in sales, as a sales person herself and just as a connection cause she's genuinely a great human being.
