By accessing this Site or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ECS. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date or posting a notice. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Our Services

ECS offers remote sales training, career support, job board access, and other professional development tools for individuals interested in building remote careers.

a. No Income Guarantee

We aim to deliver high-quality training and support, but we do not guarantee specific results, job placements, or income outcomes. Success depends on personal effort, participation, and external market factors.

b. Temporary Interruptions

We may occasionally need to suspend Site access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. ECS is not liable for downtime due to third-party services or providers.

c. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to improve or adjust our Services, including adding or removing features. These changes may affect the Services you initially enrolled in.

d. No Reliance on Future Features

Purchase of Services is not contingent on the future delivery of features, functionality, or third-party integrations.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

a. Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees related to the Services you purchase. Subscription and one-time pricing may vary. By providing your payment information, you authorise ECS to charge your card for the Services selected.

b. Overdue Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, ECS reserves the right to suspend access until the balance is settled. Additional legal or administrative fees may apply for collections.

c. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to the 14 day cancellation period for distance contracts as required by EU consumer law from the date of first payment, unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law. All payments are non-refundable after the 14 day cancellation period required by EU law. Refunds, if issued, are discretionary and based on documented service issues or changes to Terms or policies.

4. User Conduct & Content

By using the Site or participating in forums, calls, or platforms provided by ECS, you agree not to:

Post illegal, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content

Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Share copyrighted or confidential material without permission

Upload malicious software or engage in disruptive behavior

Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of ECS or others

Cause friction, negative user experience or problems for other users or our team members

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content, services or users that violate these standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, video materials, training resources, and technology used by ECS are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reuse, distribute, or reproduce ECS content without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data or customisation you submit or build, but grant ECS permission to use it as necessary to deliver Services.

6. User Submissions & Ideas

If you voluntarily submit ideas or feedback to ECS (e.g. for new features or programs), you agree that ECS may use, modify, and integrate them into future products or services without compensation or obligation.

7. Call Recording & Data Storage

We may record calls, webinars, or training sessions for internal quality assurance, coaching, program delivery and marketing purposes. You will not be notified in advance of any recordings. These recordings are stored securely and only accessible to authorised personnel.

The company reserve the right to use call recordings and results reported by students in marketing campaigns without the explicit consent of the participant.

All personal data is stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and our Privacy Policy.

8. Account Access & Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

Accounts are non-transferable. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

Giving your login details to other people is strictly forbidden.

9. Third-Party Content & Links

Our Site may link to third-party sites or tools (e.g. video platforms, payment processors). ECS is not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

10. Limitation of Liability

ECS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of data, income, business opportunities, or reputation.

Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to stop using our Site and Services. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to ECS in the 3 months preceding the issue.

11. Termination

ECS may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services if you breach these Terms. All contractual payment obligations remain in full force until full payment is received by the company unless permission is received in writing by the participant. All fees paid remain non-refundable upon termination unless otherwise stated.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and ECS, subject also to your signed Student agreement issued and signed at the time of enrolment.

ECS may assign these Terms to another entity at any time.

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
