The Company guarantees the Client will secure an offer of a Remote Position (with or without a formal contract) upon full completion of the program or the company will continue the Client’s access to the program beyond the contractual period, subject to the Client meeting the necessary action based requirements outlined below. To be eligible for the guarantee, the following conditions must be met. The Client must have:

Attended a minimum of 30 live training support calls

Achieved the certificate of completion passing their practical mock sales call assessment

Attended a minimum of 20 live Getting Hired support calls

Applied for a minimum of 50 positions, documented and evidenced by the Client

Paid their full contractual balance to the company for their enrolment fees on time and without defaulting on payments owed

If the conditions above are met and the client does not secure an offer of a Remote Position (with or without a formal contract) upon full completion of the program by the end of their contractual term with the company, the company will extend the Client’s full access to the program until they have secured an offer of a Remote Position (with or without a formal contract) or until the program terminates/ceases to exist (whichever comes first).

The Company does not guarantee a specific level of financial income or position title. Examples of financial results obtained by other clients or associates of the Company are used purely for demonstration purposes of earning potential only and do not indicate any guaranteed financial income or level of results. The client is solely responsible for their financial results and the level of results achieved.
