Action-Based Service Guarantee Terms

The Company provides an action-based service guarantee to help the client secure an offer of a Remote position as an independent contractor subject to the Client meeting the necessary action-based requirements outlined in this clause. The Client must have:

Completed all of the online training videos in full

Attended a minimum of 30 live online group sales training support calls

Achieved the certificate of completion passing their practical mock sales call assessment

Attended a minimum of 20 live Post-Graduation support calls

Applied for a minimum of 30 positions, documented and evidenced by the Client

Paid their full contractual balance to the company for their enrolment fees on time and without defaulting on payments owed

If the conditions above are met and the Client has still not secured an offer of a remote contract as an independent contractor after completing the steps outlined, the Company will upgrade the Client to 1 to 1 coaching with the instructor(s) at nil cost until the client has secured an offer of a remote position as an independent contractor or until the program terminates/ceases to exist (whichever comes first).

The Company does not guarantee a specific level of financial income or position title as only the client has this control. The company does not provide or facilitate any kind of employment services, nor does it guarantee employment. Examples of financial results obtained by other clients or associates of the Company are used purely for demonstration purposes of earning potential only and do not indicate any guaranteed financial income or level of results.
